Church Core Values
Loving God His Word and His People
30/10/11 18:00
This final message examines how the author of Psalm 40 fulfills love for God, his word and his people by speaking God’s truth to all the people. This is the final message in the core values series. We encourage all church members and visitors who want to do ministry with us at UBC to listen to this series.

Evangelism to the Lost
20/10/11 18:00
Prayer for One Another
09/10/11 18:00
The purpose of prayer is to submit our whole being to the mind and will of God. Pray for/with a different person each day for the next week that they would be: Refreshed in the spirit, full of Joy, filled with wisdom of God's will and spiritual understanding, able to withstand the attacks of the enemy, resist sin walking in the Spirit, and never alone in their spiritual battle.

Support of World-Wide Missions: Sending in a Manner Worthy of God
18/09/11 19:00
The goal of missions is to bring about the obedience of faith among all the Gentiles for His name’s sake. Therefore, we are to send missionaries in a manner worthy of God because they go out “for his name's sake”.
Supporting mission work in Uijongbu Baptist Church must not be done in a shoddy haphazard way. Rather, it must be done in a way that is worthy of God, lifting high his very name.

Outreach to Community: Establishing the Rule of God
11/09/11 19:00
The goal of outreach is not to make new friends, feed the hungry, or give to the poor, but to destroy altars, strongholds, and false gods. The goal of outreach is to establish the rule of God in the hearts of the people of the land and make his grace and mercies known. Can we do this by ministering to the hungry, the poor and the homeless? Yes, of course we can, but let’s not make the fatal error of that being the goal. Our outreach must seek the pulling down of strongholds (II Corinthians 10:4).

Growth Through Discipleship: A Gospel Love Response
28/08/11 19:00
Discipleship serves several purposes. It perfects us in doctrine and prepares us for ministry. It establishes our faith so that we are unshakable, able to withstand even the worst life can throw at us; but it is also a work of community. Discipleship brings peace to community when it is established and built up on the doctrines of Christ.

The Gospel Love Response
15/08/11 09:56
The Scriptures state that as our understanding of God’s miraculous grace unfolds in our hearts and minds a Greater/Deeper Spiritual love for the Savior will take hold of our hearts. That directing and controlling love will guide us into our love response to the Gospel. We serve God because of the magnificence of who he is and what he has done, not out of guilty obligation.
